Laser Micrometer V-Blocks
These V-Blocks were designed for Mitutoyo Laser Micrometers. These are designed
for the LSM-500 series. Here is a display of our V-Blocks on a standard Mitutoyo
base. The V-Blocks are next to a regular sized coffee cup in order to give
a sense of scale. All of our V-Blocks are adjustable up and down.
This
V-Block is for the LSM-500 model. This V-Block is for holding parts with diameters
between .0002" to .080". The V can is adjustable. It uses a thumbscrew
to lock the V in place. The base of this V-Block mounts to the Mitutoyo Laser
base using 4 socket headed cap screws.
This
V-Block is for the LSM-501 model. This V-Block is for holding parts with diameters
between .002" to .400". The V can is adjustable. It also uses a thumbscrew
to lock the V in place. The base of this V-Block mounts to the Mitutoyo Laser
base using 4 socket headed set screws. This model is basically a larger version
of the LSM-500 model.
This
V-Block is for the LSM-503 model. This V-Block is for holding parts with diameters
between .012" to 1.180". The V can is adjustable, using a lead screw
to move the V up and down. The base of this V-Block mounts to the Mitutoyo Laser
base using 4 socket headed set screws.
